How To Play
- Promotion Period runs from July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010.
- Purchase any product from any participating supplier’s and receive a ticket to enter into a draw to win one of two Suzuki KingQuad 450 ATV’s. Your ticket will also have your name entered into a Ballot Box to win several weekly prizes. The more ballots entered the greater your chances to win.
- Company name, entrant and account number has to be on the ballot
- One ballot is awarded per order. Participants can earn as many ballots as they want, as long as they meet the qualifying criteria and/or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.
- Return products may be subject to ballot removal.
- Participating Suppliers are: Thomas & Betts, Legrand, Philips, Ouellet Electric Heating, Leviton, Lithonia Lighting, Southwire, Canlyte, Juno Lighting, Siemens.
QUALIFYING CUSTOMERS
- The promotion is open to Osso Electric customers. Customers must have a current account in good credit standing to win.
- To be eligible to win one of the prizes, you must be a legal resident of and of legal age in your province of residence. Excluded are all employees of Osso Electric and participating vendors, its advertising and/or promotional agencies, and anyone directly or indirectly related to the promotion, as well as their immediate families and anyone residing with them. Immediate family is defined as their parent or legal guardian, siblings, children or spouse/common-law partner. This promotion is subject to all federal, provincial and municipal laws.
GENERAL RULES
- Osso Electric reserves the right to change the structure, prizes, rules and requirements of the Promotion or to end the Promotion at any time upon three days’ written notice as posted at www.ossoelectric.com. Nevertheless, Osso Electric disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct, modification and/or cancellation of the Promotion.
- Entrants agree to release and hold Osso Electric and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, sponsors, agents, advertising, promotion, publicity and production agencies and their respective directors, officers, attorneys and employees from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from their participation in this Contest, or from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.
- All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Osso Electric. Osso Electric takes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or production errors.
- By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and all decisions of the Contest Sponsor, which are finale.
- Each winner will be notified and will receive their prize from Osso Electric. All prize claims become the property of Osso Electric and no correspondence will be entered into except with potential winners. By participating in this contest, contest winners are deemed to have consented to the disclosure of their personal information to prize suppliers for the limited purpose of delivery of prizes and registration for warranty purposes
- By claiming a prize, prize claimants consent to the use of their names and/or photograph, and/or place of residence without compensation in any publicity carried out by Osso Electric.
